We always get a lot of interest in the apartment, and I can't keep everything straight unless I have it all in writing. I'm listing the apartment for my parents. This is a charming basement apartment on the east bench at the mouth of Farmington Canyon. 2 bed. 1 bath. Great for newlyweds, small families, or even singles or friends. Not the best for people with difficultly going up and down stairs. Sorry, no pets. 2 off-street parking spots. The homeowners are seniors, with an adult live-in caretaker. Most days are quiet, but occasional visits by grandkids and other visitors can add a lot of footsteps and noise. The kitchen includes a fridge and an electric stove. Tenants will supply their own microwave. The washer and dryer were left by previous tenants and are included as a courtesy, but if/when they break, the tenant(s) will be responsible for supplying their own. No central AC, but a small portable AC unit is supplied as needed. The apartment typically stays cool in the summer months. Natural gas and electricity are responsibilities of the tenants. Water and internet are provided by the owners. Tenants will be responsible for snow/ice removal of all stairs and walkways leading to the apartment. $1,200 security deposit. ($1,000 refundable as per terms in rental agreement) $1,200 per month. Minimum 6-month rental term. Month-to-month thereafter. No subletting. All adult tenants must sign a rental agreement. Absolutely no smoking. Absolutely no pets. No convicted felons or sex offenders. No prior drug convictions. No prior domestic violence convictions. Thanks!
