There is also an upper porch that faces the Wasatch Mountains, and is a great place to enjoy dinner with a view. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies you'll need to cook full meals. SLEEPING SETUP Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (access to this bedroom is through Bedroom 2) The house does have window ac units in the bedrooms and kitchen. Photos show a coral reef aquarium, I will be attempting to sell the aquarium before the house becomes available again. We have had a family on sabbatical in the house for the last two years and have really enjoyed the change of pace from the constant turnover of air bnb. Current tenants will be leaving the property mid June. If you would like to ask the current tenants questions about their stay let me know and I could put you in touch. Ideal tenants for us would be a family with one to two children. Pets are negotiable, so don't hesitate to ask. We (a couple in our early forties with a half time live in tween) live next door and there is a little house in the back yard that is rented to a young couple. They have been with us for a year and they are quiet, personable and polite. There is also a chicken coop in the back section of the yard and we have 10 chickens and a bunny that live here. It's ideal for us to share the eggs/ responsibilities of the chickens as they produce more than we can consume. We also have a brick garden box that is home to a couple of box turtles.
