Shared bathroom with two other tenants. Rent amount is a flat fee including all utilities (gas, electric, internet, water, sewer, trash, snow clearing of public walk, yard maintenance). No smoking or vaping, no alcohol, no drugs. Close to UVU (5 minute drive or 7 minute on bike) and BYU (10 minute drive 17 minute bike). Contract minimum 12 months but can do month to month for $50 extra per month.
