Surrounded by the beautiful Wasatch mountains, our fully-furnished, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is spacious, brand new and features a full kitchen, bedroom with a king-size bed, living room, full bathroom, laundry room and work space. Utilities (see included list) are $100/per month, in addition to the rent payment. Note that this apartment is located in the lower level of the home we dwell in, so occasionally you may hear footsteps or other sounds of life happening. One old cat lives upstairs with us, but no pets have ever been in the apartment. You will have the entire space to yourself (separate entrance through the garage with no shared spaces).
