Two parking stalls per apartment and free RV/boat parking available. These apartments were built 15 years ago but have been well-maintained inside/outside so they still look/feel almost new.  Rent for the current apartment opening will be $1100 per month. There is a $850 cleaning deposit. When you move out you will receive most of the cleaning deposit back after some is used to professionally clean the carpets. Apartments are private and quiet with large trees and beautiful perennial flowerbeds. The apartments have a safe, clean, family-friendly environment. We are looking for individuals or families who are meticulous housekeepers, with no loud music or parties, no smoking, no pets, and no drinking in excess.
