The apartment is a studio apartment located just north of Highland Park in Daybreak. We are a few blocks from the new water course and you would be included in the free rentals at Daybreak's larger lake. The apartment is over the garage which is disconnected from the house so you generally won't hear us except when we open and close the garage. The last tenant was rarely home, so the apartment is basically new. You would have your own parking pad off the street and separate entrance. The neighborhood is great and it is easy to get where you need to go because we are close to mountain view corridor. The construction around us is completed so there aren't any big trucks and tractors around anymore either.
