**About the Apartment** One room is available in a two-room apartment, which is shared with me. The apartment includes all standard amenities (as shown in the photos). There is plenty of storage space, and a large living room area, but the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are on the smaller side. I have a couch and table but the room is unfurnished. The apartment is downstairs in a two-floor house, and the upstairs will be vacant but used by the landlord (your room is shown in the images minus the stuff) it's big enough for a full mattress and a small desk and dresser. It's on a relatively quiet road on 85 acres of farmland 5 minutes from Walmart and Target. Utilities and internet are included. No TV. **Basic Agreement** Rent is $750 per month. $1000 deposit, Fully refundable. No pets. Shared areas will need to be kept clean and orderly. No frequent overnight visitors or parties (occasional friends is fine). I will respect noise levels (music, movies, and gaming), privacy, and shared spaces (living room, bathroom, and kitchen), and I will expect the same in return. If you have any expectation concerns or conflicts please ask. I do not manage the contract, you will sign a contract directly with the landlord.
