My daughter is selling her private room contract at the village at south Campus in Provo. Sold out complex. It’s available January 1st. It is very close to BYU, great facility very well kept, social, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, Wonderful roommates and great singles wards. We need to sell asap because my daughter has moved out of state. We will pay transfer fees and would be willing to help with January rent if needed. Rent $685 plus utilities (usually around $40). Parking garage spaces need to be requested. Street parking is good.
