We are looking for someone clean, laid-back, open-minded, and friendly, ideally with a similar lifestyle to ours. We have a friendly large dog, so we'd prefer someone who enjoys being around dogs. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional pets. The room is spacious and can easily fit a King-sized bed comfortably and has an en-suite bathroom. It is bright and airy with large windows and tons of closet space. Tons of parking in the complex as well. The rent is $750 per month with a $350 deposit and $200 refundable. Utilities are split between all three of us. They are usually $60-$80 depending on the season. The lease could start as early as September 2nd but we can be flexible. Located close to Fashion Place Mall, I-15 and I-215, and 5 minutes from the Murray Trax Station.
