No pets are allowed on the Premises without the express written consent of the Landlord.
Only dogs may be considered for approval, subject to the conditions set forth herein.
Unauthorized possession of pets will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of tenancy.

Approval Process

The Tenant must submit a written request to the Landlord or the designated property manager detailing:
Breed, age, weight, and temperament of the dog.
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
Any training or certifications (if available).
The Landlord reserves the right to approve or deny any dog based on the information provided and/or a meeting with the dog.
Approved dogs may be subject to restrictions such as size, breed, or age. The Landlord's decision is final and non-negotiable.

Pet Deposit

Upon approval of the dog, the Tenant agrees to pay a refundable pet deposit of $1,000.
This deposit is separate from any other deposits or fees required under this Agreement.
The pet deposit will be held to cover potential damages or excessive wear caused by the dog.
Upon termination of the tenancy, the Landlord will inspect the Premises for any damages. If no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded in full. If damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the Tenant will be responsible for the additional costs.
