We have a room coming up for rental March 1st. Pics are of room next door, room is currently occupied. Upstairs room, shared bathroom. Utilities are included in monthly rent price($600.) You will be living with a family of 4 that lives downstairs. Children are 1 and 3 years old. We have two Goldens so no more pets please. The room is furnished with Queen bed, deco chair and end tables. Move in requires first and last months rent, $500 non-refundable deposit.
