Our cottage has its own private entrance and includes a 1 car garage and all utilities included except phone, cable and internet. This is beautiful private and secluded lot in the Kamas Valley. Must be very clean and tidy and be willing and able to help shovel some snow. Must have proper vehicles with good traction to navigate drive way on snowy days. No smoking. No Drinking or Drugs.
