We currently have one room available in a large house in Sugarhouse. The entire house is 2500 square ft and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and central air/heating. The location is very convenient: 1 minute to 700E, 2 minutes to I-80. Off-street parking for one car is included. The room is private with locking door. The lease is month-to-month. In the past, tenants who prove to be responsible have been offered a longer duration lease. The rent is $725/month. There are currently four other tenants in the house. All are working professionals in their mid to late 20s. This is a quiet, no drama house. All aspects of the house are in very good condition. We have a very strict no smoking policy. This applies to any kind of smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc). We also do not allow pets for allergy reasons. Landlord pays for water, trash, sewer and internet (Google Fiber).
