Basement apartment near the Olympic Oval and Jordan Landing. Entrance to the unit is through the garage. Utilities are $100 a month. Tenant is responsible for their own internet. No pets and no smoking. Security deposit ($1,000 - $750 refundable) required as well as renter’s insurance. All occupants over 18 must complete a background check. We are not accepting Section 8. Family with children and animals live in the unit above, so some noise is to be expected. I am happy to show the apartment after 5:30 pm most days.
