Upgrading for better Internet (I recommend) is cheap, I've been doing a 1Gbps plan for $45/month, split with the other two roommates that's only $15/month. Good working washer/dryer included in unit. Appliances: working and good dishwasher, oven/stove range, and microwave included. Great kitchen space, plenty of cupboard space. Good a/c and heating. Balcony with storage closet. Furniture: only couches are provided by landlord. Other furniture (tables, chairs, TV and stand, etc.) are not included. Pretty low-density, not too many units/other people, not a loud area at all. Parking is fine, but certainly is more compact/sedan friendly versus trucks and SUVs. Unique property policies: No pets or visitor pets, no smoking/vaping, no alcohol, no overnight guests of the opposite sex (I think they try and be as similar to BYU housing rules as they can).
