This room is on the second floor (six stairs) in a split-level home. All three rented rooms are upstairs by themselves. Month-to-month w/30 (thirty) days notice on both sides to terminate. This seems to be a successful approach even though people live here long-term. Some furnishings could be provided. You’ll get room and house keys. You should get your own renter’s insurance. Window faces to the west. Room has a closet with lots of new shelving. Room has a long Ethernet cable with high-speed internet and secure WiFi. Shared bathroom with a bath/shower on the same floor and extra shared overflow bathroom with a shower downstairs. I like to run, cycle, hike, do art, do yard work, read books about ancient scripts and linguistics. My elderly father just started living with me. His bedroom is downstairs next to mine.
