More details: This is in a nice, older brick home (2000 sq ft) with a semi-private, good-sized backyard in a quiet neighborhood in central Murray, not far from the Fashion Place Mall. This room is on the second floor (six stairs) in a split-level home. All three rented rooms are upstairs by themselves. Month-to-month w/30 (thirty) days notice on both sides to terminate. This seems to be a successful approach even though people live here long-term. You’ll get room and house keys. You should get your own renter’s insurance. Window faces eastern mountains. Room has a closet with lots of new shelving. Room has long Ethernet cable with high-speed internet and secure WiFi. Shared bathroom with a bath/shower on the same floor and extra shared overflow bathroom with a shower downstairs. Shared kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with utensils and appliances to cook/prepare meals. You get a good amount of cupboard storage for your food. We have two refrigerators, plus spare in garage, so everyone gets a good amount of space. Great drinking water filter system for clean cold, room-temp, or hot water. (See pic of dining room). PETS (cats): We do have two cats in the house (with a chip-activated pet door to the outside). We can add another cat to the mix as well. $100 (one hundred) pet deposit. Pets need to have their shot records up to date. About the housemates: The other current residents are friendly and considerate. Upstairs→ Male, mid-20s, post-graduate student at the U of U in math and data analytics. Male, early-20s, civil engineer for a company in the area.
