We are renting our fully furnished basement which is approximately 1,100 square feet and has two bedrooms (one is en-suite) one bathroom, and a large living room. Due to the bathroom access being in one bedroom we are renting the whole space as one. No more than 2 people please. Rent is $1,500. Deposit is $1,500. Dog Deposit is $500. Application fee is $55 per adult tenant. You will have access to shared laundry room, kitchen, and dining room, all of which are upstairs. The house was remodeled between 2020-2021 including new HVAC and appliances. Street parking available for two vehicles. Driveway parking available during snowstorms. The location is pretty central. 7 ski resorts within 35 minutes. Downtown SLC is 20-30 minutes. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within 5-15 minutes. Flexible lease terms, 3-6 months. Utilities and high-speed Google Fiber internet will be included. Must be willing to clean up after yourself in shared spaces and be respectful of others. We're looking for friendly and responsible roommate(s) who is/are clean, respectful, and easygoing. We welcome people from all walks of life and want to be sure it is comfortable and compatible for all involved. We live in the upstairs and are a couple in our forties & fifties. Matt travels frequently for work. Kate works from home a lot, but also works outside of the home and travels occasionally. We are active, spending a lot of time in our yard, working in our garden as well as going on outdoor adventures and traveling. We have a medium-sized, 4 year old Australian Shepherd/Collie mix dog.
