Rent is $815/month and includes all utilities (gas/electric/water/sewer/internet). No deposit required! The lease is 12 months and ends May 31, 2026. I'm a 38 year old working professional and I'm hoping to find another gal around my age and stage of life. I've lived in this apartment for four years and it's been a great place to live.
