I have a single room for rent there is a toilet and a sink downstairs as well as the refrigerator and a microwave and washer and dryer that is all shared by one other tenant the shower will be done and the next few months as of right now the shower is shared upstairs must be pet friendly as we do have dogs and a cat asking $600 a month with a non-refundable security deposit at least for half of it. I don't know the square footage. must love dogs I have a cat that doesn't come out much
