Hello beautiful people! I have up to 6 private female bedrooms available in newly built single-family home! There are 3 available now and 3 will be available starting March 1st, 2024. Here's some overview information: Bedrooms Available now: Bedroom 1 & 3 - $675/month + utilities Bedroom 2 - $650/month + utilities These bedrooms are on the second floor and have a shared bathroom with a large bathroom closet with shelves. And a common loft area Bedrooms Available March 1st, 2024 Master Bedroom - $1000/month + utilities This Bedroom is on the main floor, large walk-in closet, and large spacious bathroom. Bedroom 5 $650/month + utilities Bedroom 6 $750/month + utilities These bedrooms are in the basement and share a bathroom. Bedroom 6 is spacious and has a walk in closet. Close to the following: 7 minutes to Costco, Walmart, Vasa, Chick-fil-A, and Fat Cats 25-minute drive to UVU, 30-minute drive to BYU 18-minute drive to Outlets at Traverse Mountain Restrictions: No pets No smoking anywhere on the property Ask for more details Preferred Tenants: Working, female roommates Location: Saratoga Springs, UT Quailhill neighborhood By signing this residential rental application, the applicant accepts and agrees to abide by the following rules: Lease Length: 6 Month contract, with the possibility to renew Utilities: Utilities will be shared evenly among tenants Security deposit: $650 or more depending on room selected Common Area Usage: Common areas include any spaces outside of your contracted room. Tenant agrees to keep common areas neat and tidy out of respect for other tenants and the property. This includes but is not limited to: promptly removing laundry from washer/dryer after use Washing your own dishes and putting them away or in dish drain to dry Keeping personal items tidy and not leaving belongings in common areas unnecessarily Putting away food in proper place Cleaning out expired food promptly Keeping bathroom clean and tidy (do not allow for mold growth, bacterial build up, excessive mess, etc.) Be respectful of other tenants property/belongings Guest Policy: Any and all overnight guests need to be approved by Landlord Guests, if approved by Landlord, are not permitted to stay past three nights No large large parties unless approved by Landlord Guests must abide by house rules Guests will be told to leave the property if they are causing disruptions or discomfort to other residents. Any violence/threats will not be tolerated. If any residents or guests participate in unsafe practices they will not be allowed to return to the property Smoking Policy: Smoking/ vaping/ alcohol/ marijiana use of any kind are not allowed on the premises Breaking these rules may result in eviction and the tenant will be responsible for paying for all demages Cleanliness: Cleanliness and chores schedule if needed will be agreed upon by all tenants in order to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone. If wanting to place belongings in common areas it needs to be approved by other residence. Quiet Hours: Sunday through Thursday: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM Friday Through Saturday: 12:00 PM to 7:30 AM Note: We want the home to be an enjoyable and respectful environment for all residence both living in and near the property, these rules can be adjusted based on agreement of all tenants approval. Utility Usage: Utilities will be divided evenly among all tenants and may vary from month to month. Parking Rules: There are 4 parking spaces provided (two in garage, two in driveway) Usage of these spaces are reserved for tenants only, guests will need to find street parking when needed.
