Hi! I am trying to sell my contract for the spring/summer semester as I am planning to move to salt lake for the summer! It will be available at the beginning of May and ends in August. The apartment is recently renovated and has new appliances/ furniture. Rent is $385 a month than $40 for utilities. Parking is an extra $30-$40 if you choose to buy a pass. Personally, I just park on the street as it is free and there are always spots open. Management is super friendly and always willing to help out! Liberty square is just 2 blocks south of BYU campus and it about a block away from the UVX bus stop. Lib square is such an awesome place if you are looking to live in a social complex and there are ton of things to do within walking distance!
