This room is available right now there is a deposit of $300 and a rent of $700, the deposit will be returned to you once you leave, and it's confirmed the room is as you received (Clean and with no damages). this room includes a sharing bathroom, washer, dryer, vacuum, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. Disclaimer: for people that are allergic to cats or don't like them, there are two cats in the house. Also, there is a background check that you would have to apply for in order to rent the room this is included in the deposit.
