We are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease. We will pay for your February rent. Please message me about this incentive if interested. The lease will go until the end of June, when you can renew with management if you would like to continue living at this location. This is a nice, carpeted 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. It has a large kitchen and pantry, with a washer and dryer included. The master bedroom has a large, walk-in closet. Two covered parking spaces come with the townhome. Additional parking spaces can be rented from management if needed. It also comes with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and central air. Utilities are not included.
