It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage, washer and dryer included, and the rent is $2,900, plus $2,900 for deposit ($2,400 of deposit is refundable.) Included in the rent is the water, sewer, and garbage. Power and gas are separate.
