The home is located at 543 S 1330 W, Provo, UT 84601. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,518 sq ft, a 2-car garage, large backyard, central air/heat, open floor plan, walk-in closet, laundry hookups, hard-surface flooring, and Progress smart-home features. Our washer and dryer that are currently hooked up are available for purchase. The current lease runs through February 1, 2027, so there are about 8.5 months remaining.
