LEASE TAKEOVER brand new apartments, and I took very good care of the unit. First to live in it. HUGE master bedroom with private bath and then another bedroom. Other bath separate from room. This unit is only 1 of 4 and you’ll see why. I moved for a job and am still just paying for an empty apartment. My lease ends in November and will have an option for re-lease signing.
