Looking for one tenant to rent a room. Home is very close to downtown Salt Lake. Currently living here is 3 guys and 2 dogs who are very friendly. The house stays very clean and respected. Price listed includes gas and electric but not internet. Square footage listed applies to the room itself. Washer and dryer on site. We are very welcoming and friendly just looking for a respectable roommate who will hold up their end of the bargain.
