The security deposit we paid will stay with the apartment, which you will get back at the end of the lease. Trash is located near the apartment. The dining and living room area is very open space, much more modern than we expected. The buildings have recently been repainted and are well maintained. Well insulated apartments, we don’t hear our neighbors.
