Currently there is only one other roommate so we have two rooms open. Available ASAP.May is paid for so you don’t have to worry about that and I’ll pay for the transfer fee. Price is $625 plus utilities. Men’s only room. The complex has a 24 hour gym, multiple hot tubs and pools, plenty of study rooms and way more. ESA animals are allowed but other than that no pets.
