Great place to raise kids! The street has little to no traffic so the kids can play without worry. very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 3 parks within walking distance. close to all the shopping you will need. the house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement. there is also 4 bathrooms! huge laundry room and the family room is big enough to have a play room or office as well. out back has a garden that is yours to pant with whatever you want. It also has peach and plum trees! all utilities including google fiber will be provided by me and a flat $300 will be added per month to rent for utilities. the basement has a completely separate mother-in-law that is currently rented by a very quiet single person but the yard is not used by them. The driveway is big enough to accommodate 3 cars plus the 2 car garage and the Rv parking is big enough for 2+ trailers
