Great place to raise kids! The street has little to no traffic so the kids can play without worry. very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 3 parks within walking distance. close to all the shopping you will need. the house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement. there is also 4 bathrooms! huge laundry room and the family room is big enough to have a play room or office as well. out back I have already planted a killer garden that is yours to enjoy, 24 tomato plants 24 pepper plants and some cucumber, zucchini and cantaloupe, as well as a peach tree and plum tree. all utilities will be the tenants responsibility other than google fiber will be provided by me. the basement has a completely separate mother-in-law that is currently rented by a very quiet single person. The driveway is big enough to accommodate 4 cars and a 2 car garage plus the Rv parking big enough for 2+ trailers.
