Looking for a FEMALE with LDS values for a roommate. I have 2 children, ages 6 & 2 and going through a divorce. I need a good example around the kids. Looking female roommate only! No boys. Sorry. No boyfriends allowed over. This used to be a old rule when I lived with someone else, and this is a good policy to have. If you want to go on dates, go out to dinner, or go to their apartment or house. But because of the kids, this is the rule. Move in Date: September 1st. You can have master bedroom & undercover parking stall. 2 cats live here. Myself and 2 children live here. The rent is slightly different each month due to utilities. It is half of the total charge, which usually comes out to be $840 plus $5 fee to charge the card. Sometimes its slightly less. We will go out to lunch somewhere. To get to know each other and see if this is a good fit or not. Must pass background check. But we will do that after having lunch together on another day... If we get along good, we can live together as long as you want to keep renting!!! Half of stuff in photos will be removed since my current roommate is moving out of state to go to college. Like the couches, and dinning table will be gone. We pretty much just ate on the couch. The short coffee table was our dinning table. Your bedroom is not pictured, but it is the master bedroom approximately 80 square feet. I just took a guess, its normal master bedroom size. Hope this helps! Me and my current roommate never fought! Shared kitchen, living room, fireplace room, The master bedroom includes a bathroom but no shower, the shower is shared in the hallway area. When my roommates bunnies are gone, I'll be putting up some shelves in the fireplace room. And a few maybe in the living room. I'm trying to go down to one storage unit. I have 2 storage units right now. We have a shared storage closet as well.
