The yard has a large flat grass area for playing sports etc. This home has 3 bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed and one with a twin and another twin that pulls out. There is also a bedroom that has been converted to a gym but we can easily convert it back with a king mattress depending on renters wishes. Each room has walk in closets. Master suite has a large bathroom with separate his and her vanities. Jetted tub and a large walk in closet. The suite also includes a fireplace and separate sitting area with a love seat and two chairs. Beautiful views of the mountains with incredible sunsets. On the main floor you have a guest room with attached bathroom and an office right off the large entry way. The library in this house is spectacular with it being two stories tall and it has a baby grand piano. This is hands down our favorite room in the house! This home includes a basement apartment with the 6th bedroom including a kitchen, family room and bathroom. Kitchen has all the basics. The main kitchen is a cooks dream with full fridge and freezer ( sub zero type ) two ovens, wolf stove top run by gas. Large island and desk area for computer. This kitchen comes with everything you need for cooking. We have a new Jr high and elementary minutes from the house as well as an elementary school that’s only a 3 min walk from the house. Traverse mountain is a great place to live and has some of the kindest people in the state.
