Unit #1 (west side) available and Unit #2 (east side) is also being vacated after tenants being in there 7 years. Both are main floor apartments inside the secured front door hallway. We are having both units repainted and cleaned, ready for new tenants approximately July 15. They are different layouts. Unit #1 has a huge living/ great room area, and smaller bedroom. Unit #2 has slightly larger bedroom, but smaller living room. Pictures of #2 will be posted as soon as cleaned up. Both apartments are bigger than a studio apartment. Newer stove and frig in both, The Window ACs are also very new. Bathroom in Unit #1 has had new tile shower and the sink and toilet updated. Unit #2 also updated. Common laundry is free to all units and located in the basement.
