The home is completely refinished and feels brand new! A minute away from bangerter highway and a few minutes from 215 makes commute easy for the majority of the valley. Rent for the bedrooms will be $400 for the 10'4x6'10 and $500 for the 11'9x10'11 with utilities and internet being shared. $800 for both rooms and a private bathroom. These rooms will be available starting march 1st first and last month's rent will be required upfront along with a deposit of 300. (250 refundable) No pets allowed.
