LEASE TAKEOVER - High ceilings/ Great views/ New amenities 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath top floor apartment at the new apartment building on South Temple, The Hardison. I'm relocating from SLC early due to work requirements and will be vacating my apartment at The Hardison two months early. The lease takeover will be from mid May until the end of July, when you would need to sign a new contract. This unit has great views of downtown SLC, the capital building and Oquirrh mountains. I was one of the first tenants when the building was finished in Nov. 2021 and had my choice of 1 bedroom apartments; in my opinion this one has one of the best views. Out of all the apartments in SLC I chose this unit because of its great location, high ceilings, great view, and new amenities such as hot tub, fire pits, parking garage, gym, lounge, package locker, etc. More information about the apartment complex is at The Hardison website ( https://www.liveathardisonapartments.com). Interested parties will still need to go through the standard application process with the building's office. Rent with utilities and buliding fees (trash removal, parking, etc) is roughly $2,000 per month.
