No smoking/ vaping, no pets, no parties, and no drama. Ideal place for someone wanting a clean and peaceful environment. Rent includes all utilities, landscaping, snow removal, and waste removal. ● You will share a house with the landlord only and have your private room and bathroom. No stayovers for any partners at my place, not a hotel this is a peaceful home. ● I am a working professional and I keep my house, quiet, clean, and respectful. ● I have occasional parties, potlucks, and barbecues, but no ragers! :) Parking: You can use off-street parking near my home with a parking pass but must return when moving out. I do own one pet, and he is a miniature dachshund puppy, about six months old. He is a friendly and loving pet. House details: ● Recently updated appliances ● Central AC and heat. Laundry in-house. ● The house is furnished with couches, a kitchen table, and back yard with a small patio. ● All are expected to keep their area and the house clean. ● Street parking next to my house and I will let you borrow the parking pass that I pay for. Must be returned to me when moving out. Lease: ● Rent is $700 a month, and all utilities are included. ● A 6-month lease is required, then monthly after the first 6 months then month to month. Please pay rent on time so no issues. ● 1400 upfront for the first month's rent+ rent for last months rent. This is the due day before moving in. The deposit is $250 is refunded if there is no damage and to hold the room before moving in. ● Landlord pays for high-speed internet Xfinity and Youtube TV included in rent via app, TV, or computer. ● Please contact me via text to come to see the house or schedule a video tour
