This unit is located on the first floor with only one shared wall. It has a living room, separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Utilities are already hooked up (no connection fees) and are an additional flat rate of $175 per month. This covers everything (electricity, gas, water, garbage) as well as high-speed broadband internet. A washer and dryer are located on the second floor and are free for tenants' use (no more quarters!). Free off-street parking is available as well. 12 month lease is preferred but shorter lease lengths are available at a slightly higher rate. No smoking. No pets. Available beginning December 2nd.
