Hello, I'm looking for fun roommates, preferably someone responsible and clean to rent a room in my House. The townhome is rather large with a sky room, a rooftop deck with a hot tub, grill and a Peloton. You'll get a private bedroom and a shared full bathroom. As well as access to the rest of the home whenever. You're welcome to have friends over and enjoy the space. It's a beautiful home and of course it's in wonderful Daybreak. There's a Harmons 3 blocks away, a lake, and you'll have access to the pools and gym as well. I have 3 total rooms to rent. One of the smaller rooms has a private full bathroom included. There's a bathroom on all 4 levels of the house. There's incredible sights of the valley and the mountains from all over the house. I'm open to women or men, more importantly I'd appreciate someone clean, kind, and responsible. I require a full month's deposit which gets applied to your last month assuming you give me 30 days notice. It's $1000 a month and that includes EVERYTHING.
