A professional couple lives upstairs; altogether we’ll be a total of three housemates. (Sorry, but there won't be room to store your own furniture.) The beautiful kitchen is available for light cooking. No smoking (of any kind)—inside or out. A friendly beagle lives here, but no additional pets please. It's a great house with great views.
