Incredible views of sunsets, city lights, roses, and fountain. Washer and dryer, AC, security system, terrific large deck and lush, landscaped yard with waterfall. Great, quiet neighborhood (on the free bus line that connects to TRAX) across the street from a park and the Capitol building. A professional couple lives upstairs; altogether we’ll be a total of three housemates. (Sorry, but there won't be room to store your own furniture.) The beautiful kitchen is available for light cooking. No smoking (of any kind)—inside or out. Two friendly beagles--one older, one a six-month- old puppy--live here, but no additional pets please. It's a great house with great views. Only minutes from downtown, TRAX, I-15, Memory Grove, and City Creek Canyon's jogging and biking trails, it's also the perfect location.
