The kitchen and living room is shared with 3 others and there is a shared bathroom with one other person. The unit has plenty of storage space. The apartments have a clubhouse. It has a work out space, and a billiard room. There is a swimming pool and hot tub that opens in the summer. Sometimes the managers will do little events and so there will be snacks and gifts in the office. The buildings have plenty of parking, for residents and for guests. It includes a parking garage under the buildings. It’s within walking distance to both UVU and the Orem Walmart supercenter. If you need to get around without a car, it has bus stops right next to it, as well as a trax station about 5-10 minutes walk. It’s close enough to the freeway to have easy access but not enough to get the constant buzz of cars.
