The rent is $379 a month plus utilities (I paid $460-470 a month), and I will cover the first month total. The lease ends August 31st, but can be renewed for another 12 months. There is technically a fee for the on-site parking, but they don't check so it's basically free, and the on-site washers and dryers are $1.00 to operate (one of the dryers runs for free). The flooring and tub/shower were recently replaced, and the unit comes with two couches, a coffee and dining table with two chairs, basic kitchen appliances, and beds with mattresses. $20 a month is deducted from the deposit for carpet cleaning and other maintenance, the rest is refundable.
