Hi, I am seeking roomates to rent out a 16th-floor, three-bedroom, two-bath, 1500 sq ft condo downtown. American Condos is right downtown and is fantastic for walkability. I still need to move in, so I only have a few pictures of the unit, but I will start the lease in July. I have included images of the building and my current apartment so you can feel my design choices. I will add pictures of the unit throughout June, but I am always willing to give a tour! About me: I am 24 M and work downtown. I am clean but not sterile. I cook/meal prep most of my food. I prefer to be a morning person on the weekdays, but I love staying out late on weekends. I love getting outdoors, listening to music, reading, and trying new things, so I always have a project I am working on. I value respectful, clear, and honest communication. I am looking for people around my age. I also can't have furry pets due to allergies. My priority is how well we get along and interact, so I will take time to select you. Rooms Large room: $1,000: This room has a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, tons of space, and a huge window overlooking the valley. Medium room: $800: This room is also nicely sized, with a good-sized window that offers a similar view to the large room. Small room: $600: This room is quite small, lacks windows, and has vinyl flooring. It was originally a storage unit. There is a closet outside the bedroom, and we can put up a false wall to create more storage space. Condo Details * The kitchen has a ton of counter space and storage. It also has a good-sized fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. *There is in-unit laundry, with storage as well as a place to put a folding table/iron *The living room is quite extensive and also has a fantastic view. The room has space for a dining area. *The A/C works well. *Power and Internet are the only Utilities we need to pay. All the other utilities are covered. *It's all carpeted (besides bathrooms and kitchen)... which is not my preference, and I am trying to work with the landlord to move to a no-carpet option. *The lighting is mid. There are dimmers, but ideally, we primarily use horizontal lighting. *Each person can get an additional storage locker down in the basement. *Each room will have access to an ethernet cord. Building Details * The Building has 24/7 security, which will collect packages and be on-site if any problems occur. * There is no included parking; some other units will sell their included stall, but it is around $150. * Guest parking is excellent and is usually around 3 dollars per park. * The building has a small gym, a good-sized pool with a sauna, and some handball courts. * The elevators are being renovated, so they are super speedy. It reminds me of Tiny towers on the IOS. * There is a library for reading. * A lovely billiards room that gives me a 1920s vibe. * There is an event room that I believe you can use for free with a reservation. * Building access is all via face recognition. * My favorite: There is rooftop access with spectacular views. American Towers is on the edge of the central business core, so you have a full, unblocked view of the valley and mountain range. * The rooftop also has a ton of seating, a really nice barbecue, and elevated hot tubs. * If you care about this, American Towers is usually on the upper side of costs as most units are renovated and cost ~$ 800k, and it is the only housing with 24/7.
