Looking for a respectful, clean, kind, and drug-free roommate for an adorable two bed two bath condo that I just moved into in Holladay. The location is less roughly 10min to downtown and 10min to Murray/Millcreek. The condo is an open floor plan and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a dining room, tv room, and washer/dryer in unit. The rent is $575 plus internet and electric. Water and trash are included in the rent. There is gated parking and the whole condominium is extremely safe and quiet. I am a 25yr old young professional who works in healthcare and am typically gone M-F from 6am-6ish pm. I have one cat, Lola, so preferably no other animals but this is open to a conversation. No couples or frequent overnight guests.
