Sublease Available May through July | Ivory University House | Building D Looking for a place to live this summer? I'm subletting my room at Ivory University House, and honestly, it's a great spot. Here's why: The apartment itself is super clean and well set up. The building was brand-new this year, so you're getting a nice full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, tons of cabinet space, and even a walk-in pantry. The three of us each have our own private bedroom and bathroom, so it never feels cramped or chaotic. My room is the middle bedroom, and it's a solid size. As I said, you'll have your own bathroom, so no sharing. The apartment is on the first floor of Building D, which is super convenient, right next to the leasing office and close to the parking lot. Another benefit of living at Ivory is its proximity to public transit options, such as the bus and Trax. If you're living here without a car, it's still super convenient and easy to get around. One of my favorite things about living here is that the gym is right below us. It's fully equipped with machines, cables, free weights, and everything you'd need. The building also has a bunch of community rooms, including study rooms, a gaming room, an art space, and hangout areas, all free for tenants to use. Outdoors at the complex includes different features such as a variety of group seating areas, a shaded lounge area with couches and a fire, open grass, a beach volleyball court, multiple grills, a large central campfire, ping pong tables, and cornhole. The community here is amazing, it's so nice and quiet. Oftentimes, on-campus/student housing can be rowdy and chaotic, but the people here are kind, outgoing, and respectful. I'm moving out late April after finals, so you could move in early May. Lease runs through July 31st with the option to renew if you want to stay. You do need to be a U of U student and do a quick interview with the leasing office to get approved. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
