The south campus TRAX is a 2 minute walk and makes it easy to get to dining and shopping downtown. The LDS institute building is a parking lot away. My daughter has loved living here. The sublet available is a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 person unit. There are 2 other female renters. Subleasing ends in August but is renewable.
