The building is brand new, less than a year old, and offers amazing amenities and social events. The apartment is a studio with a private bathroom. It comes with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is on campus at the University of Utah and is right next to the Fort Douglas TRAX stop.
