This is a hidden gem in the up and coming Herriman/Riverton area. Less than a mile from the Mountain View Village and also from the new U of U/SLCC Hybrid campus. This is a furnished room with a King Sized Canopy Bed and 55“ TV. This room also comes with a shared bathroom. Full access to the kitchen and other common areas and most importantly, all utilities included in the price of the rent. There are currently two of us in the property but one is constantly traveling for work and rarely there. We are down to earth hardworking professionals who are very laid back and chill. We sometimes hang together but our schedules are different which allows alone time as well. We get along with everyone.
