The apartment is one of two units in an owner occupied two-story duplex situated two blocks from a huge public park and four blocks from the University of Utah bus line. The exterior features a three-teared garden, beautifully landscaped front yard, and deck with views of the valley. The interior sports a newly remodeled kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, and built in washer and dryer. The living room gets a ton of light in the morning through its large glass-pained windows. The bedrooms stay warm in the winter and cold in the summer with a large built in air-conditioning. I live in the upstairs unit and am looking for tenants who are quiet, responsible, and low maintenance. Ideally this would not include tenants with large animals or young children. I know and love all of our neighbors and have lived in the duplex for 10 years. Open to either one or two renters but will lower the monthly rent by $100 for a single renter. Utilities run about $50-$70 a month depending on the season. I am including a $25 application fee to limit the listing to those that are serious about moving in. Minimum 1 year lease and background references required with a negotiable lease after the first year.
