I am looking to have some one take over my lease that goes until 11/30/23 for my one bedroom apartment. The rent is $1554.00 a month plus utilities and any C.A.M fees. Fiber internet package included in rent. The unit is on the 1st floor facing north with a nice little pond and foliage, in the summer there are ducks and sometimes geese. The unit is partially renovated with new floors in all rooms except the bedroom. New granite countertops, sink and new cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. I’ve been here two years and overall it’s been a good experience. Quiet and a nice pool in the summer time. Pet friendly.
